<p><span style="color: #000000;">I wanted to share this great juice recipe with you that will have your feeling energized, improve digestion, and help you get closer to your ideal body by cutting out the junk you may normally be eating on a daily basis.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">I am following the 21 day &#8221; </span><strong><span style="color: #000000;">Elimination Diet </span></strong><span style="color: #000000;">&#8221; created by a buddy and mentor of mine Dax Moy who is the #1 go to fitness professional in the UK.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">Most people have lost up to 13lbs or more but I decided to go on this diet to, eat clean, further help kick my sugar addiction (I had a bad one), and help improve the digestive symptoms of Ulcerative Colitis which affect me on a day to day basis.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">The </span><strong><span style="color: #000000;">Elimination Diet</span></strong><span style="color: #000000;"> will help you lose some fat, excess water weight, and have you feeling full of energy.</span></p>

I was able to spend Mother&#8217;s Day with my mom and wife. On Saturday me, Isis Marie, and my wife Adama, walked around the Upper West Side, and even got a cool family photo taken. We also saw the movie Obsessed with Beyonce, Ali Larter, and Idris Elba which was not too bad. Doesn&#8217;t beat Fatal Attraction but it was still pretty good.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">Sunday was great because I cooked a great Kung Pao chicken that tastes amazing and only takes 30 minutes to cook. I don&#8217;t believe that healthy food has to be bland and these are easy to cook recipes from my gourmet cookbook. I don&#8217;t like peanuts in my food but you can cook your Kung Pao chicken with peanuts if you like.</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>INGREDIENTS</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">Marinade:</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">2 pounds uncooked chicken breast (chopped into 1/2 inch cubes)</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">8 cloves garlic</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">2 inches fresh ginger (chopped)</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">6 tablespoons white cooking wine</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Other Ingredients:</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">1 cup skinless roasted peanuts (unsalted)</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">2 bunches of scallions (chopped)</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">2 medium green peppers (chopped)</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">2 medium handfuls of dried red chillies or a few dashes of chili powder</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">1 cup chicken broth (from bouillon)</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">2 tbsp soy sauce</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">8 tbsp San J Thai Peanut Stir Fry Sauce</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">8 tbsp peanut oil (I used olive oil and that worked well also)</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>INSTRUCTIONS</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">Place the chopped chicken, garlic, and cooking wine in a large bowl and refrigerate while preparing the remaining ingredients.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">In a large skillet or wok, heat the peanut oil over medium high heat for a few seconds, and then add the chicken and its marinade. Stir fry the chicken for about 8 minutes. You want it slight undercooked. Remove the chicken and set aside. Add oil to the wok or skillet and stir fry the peanuts until browned or for about 3 minutes.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">Add the onions, green peppers, and red chillies just until the vegetables start to brown around 5 minutes. Add the chicken broth,  soy sauce, peanut sauce, and chicken pieces, mix thoroughly, and serve.</span></p>

I was able to spend Mother&amp;#8217;s Day with my mom and wife. On Saturday me, Isis Marie, and my wife Adama, walked around the Upper West Side, and even got a cool family photo taken. We also saw the movie Obsessed with Beyonce, Ali Larter, and Idris Elba which was not too bad. Doesn&amp;#8217;t beat Fatal Attraction but it was still pretty good.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

<p>&#8220;Nii you are insane you are a performance and rapid fat loss coach talking about cheesecake!&#8221;</p>
<p>One thing I can say is that one of the reasons why people fail DIETS&#8230;and I hate to use the word but the reason why people fail because they believe they have to eat like someone getting ready for a fitness competition or a Vogue photo shoot. Flexibility is key to long term results which has worked for many women that I have worked with.</p>
<p>Granted if your goal is rapid fat loss and you have an event to go to and need to lose 20 pounds in 30 days you better be super strict.</p>
<p>Yes you can lose 20 pounds in 30 days. It can be achieved and I will give you tips on later blog posts and I will most certainly give you an easy to follow blue print when I write my book &#8220;The Sex Symbol Body Plan&#8221;</p>

<p>Let&#8217;s get right to the recipe&#8230;</p>

<h3>Ingredients- makes 2 servings</h3>
<p>250 grams fat free cottage cheese</p>
<p>2 omega-3 eggs</p>
<p>3/4 cup Splenda</p>
<p>1/2 teaspoon baking powder</p>
<p>zest from half lemon</p>
<h3>Topping</h3>
<p>1/2 cup strawberries or rasberries</p>
<p>1/2 cup water</p>
<p>1 teaspoon Splenda</p>
<p>Preheat oven to 375 degrees Farenheit. In a blender, blend cottage cheese and eggs until smooth and creamy in texture. Remove minture from blender and place into a moxing bowl. Mix in Splends and lemon juice. Finally, add baking powder and lemon zest and mix well.</p>
<p>Fill two 2 1/2 ramekins with the mixture. Fill a large baking pan half-full with hot water. Place the ramekins inside the baking pan so that the water comes half way up the sides of the ramekins. Place the baking pan containing the ramekins into the oven and allow to bake for 35 to 40 minutes.</p>
<p>When finished baking, remove the baking pan from the oven and the ramekins from the water. Allow the ramekins to cool outside of the water pan. When cool to touch, place into the fridge overnight.</p>
<p>To make topping blend the topping incredients into a blender and drizzle over cheesecake.</p>

I often go here to get some healthy fast food.</p>
<p>People will complain that eating healthy on the go is &#8220;difficult&#8221; or &#8220;expensive&#8221; but at <a href="http://gogreencuisine.com/" target="_blank">Go Green Cuisine</a> you can get a good meal at the same price that most people would get at a McDonalds or your local neighborhood pizza and burger joint.</p>

<h3>Quick Veggie Wrap  Prep Time: 15 minutes</h3>

<h3>Ingredients:</h3>
<ul>
<li>2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese with jalapenos or Havarti cheese</li>
<li>3 cups deli veggie salad or coleslaw</li>
<li>2 tomatoes, seeded and chopped</li>
<li>8 (10 inch) flour tortillas (try the flavored kind)</li>
</ul>
<h3>Preparation:</h3>
<p>Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine cheese, veggie salad and tomato. Divide among the flour tortillas. Roll up tortillas, folding in ends. Place seam side down on ungreased cookie sheet and cover with foil. Bake for 810-15 minutes until cheese is melted. Serve with salsa or ranch dressing for dipping, if desired. 8 sandwiches</p>

<p>While I have eaten my share of junk food I will not preach from a pulpit and tell you that you are going to dieters hell if you eat 1 Twinkie but I will tell you do not expect your super duper fitness training program to bail you out of crappy eating habits.</p>

<h2>Sesame Salmon with Wasabi Sauce</h2>
<ul type="disc">
<li class="MsoNormal">One hefty salmon steak</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">2 Tbsp. sesame seeds</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Oil for sauteing</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Soy sauce</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">1 tsp. wasabi powder</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">1 tsp. water</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">1 Tbsp. heavy cream</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Salt to taste</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Slivered red bell pepper (for      garnish)</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Slivered green onion      (scallion, for garnish)</li>
</ul>
<p><span>Make wasabi sauce: mix wasabi powder and water to make a paste, let stand for 10 minutes. Mix in heavy cream and season to taste with salt. Watch it in tasting, this stuff is *hot*.</span></p>
<p><span>Coat the fish with sesame seeds and saute in oil on both sides, in a skillet, until it flakes (i.e., is just done).</span></p>
<p><span>Season to taste with soy sauce. Transfer to a serving plate and top with the wasabi sauce, sprinkle with a garnish of finely slivered red bell pepper </span></p>
<p><span>Now quit staring at the computer screen and go try it for yourself.</span></p>
<p><span>You won&#8217;t regret it.</span></p>
