I hope your Monday is starting off right!

I wanted to share this great juice recipe with you that will have your feeling energized, improve digestion, and help you get closer to your ideal body by cutting out the junk you may normally be eating on a daily basis.

I am following the 21 day ” Elimination Diet ” created by a buddy and mentor of mine Dax Moy who is the #1 go to fitness professional in the UK.

Most people have lost up to 13lbs or more but I decided to go on this diet to, eat clean, further help kick my sugar addiction (I had a bad one), and help improve the digestive symptoms of Ulcerative Colitis which affect me on a day to day basis.

The Elimination Diet will help you lose some fat, excess water weight, and have you feeling full of energy.

Carrot -Apple-Ginger-Kiwi- Grape Drink

I utilize the Jack Lalanne juicer which is one of the best $100 investments I made in my health. Remember its an investment not an expense

- 1 piece of ginger (4 inches long)

- 1 apple

- 6 kiwi fruit

- 4 handfuls of baby carrots

- 2 bunches grapes

I hope you enjoy this. I also ate a banana after drinking this juice and I feel great right now!

Remember it is VERY difficult to lose fat if you are unhealthy or have some sort of digestive issues. So get healthy, lose fat, and look sexy
