I know I have been gone for a while from my blog and shame on me because I know you need no nonsense quick weight loss workouts that will help you get and maintain a fit, strong and sexy figure.

It’s that time of year when people are  “trying” to make a fitness plan for 2010. The sad thing is that most people are not making plans and the ones that are “trying” are doing more talk than work.

I once read years ago that most resolutions will fail by January 15th. This is sad because working for only 15 days trying to change your life is no real effort at all and its sad if you don’t have the disclipine to stick with something for more than 15 days. 

But since I’m a NO B.S. kinda dude and I want you to be successful I will give you the mindset and workout principles you NEED to get results and lose weight quickly. You will even lose up to 20 pounds in sixty days. To be honest if you follow the mindset methods and workout principles. You can not fail.  The only way you will fail in YOU do not follow the principles I will outline in the blog post along with my rapid fat loss routines

Step 1) Write the reason WHY you REALLY want to lose the weight. Don’t just say lose 30 pounds. There is a deep emotional reason that got you to the point where you said, “I need to do something about this”. Find That reason write it down and go from there

Step 2) Don’t let past failures become your excuses and roadblacks for the future. There are 101 reasons people make as to why they can’t or “it’s too hard” to lose weight when the truth is that they failed to make a plan and act. So it a nut shell it’s mostly B.S.

 

Step 3) Take a before picture of yourself in a bikini. Seeing yourself in this way you know what you need to work on and it will motivate you to work toward your sex symbol body in no time.

Step 4) Write down the things you will get rid of in order to reach your goals. Don’t think you can follow some crappy Taco Bell Diet and lose weight. If you are a reader of this blog I hope you don’t buy into that nonsense

Step 5) Follow this blog as I will continue to add more workouts that will blowtorch bodyfat, motivation to keep you going, and great recipes that I cook myself from all over the world in under 30 minutes
