I always wondered how Michelle Obama got those nice sexy arms.
I am not one to talk about another man’s wife let alone the President’s but you have to admit she has some major guns.
I was so impressed with the way she keeps her figure I was even compelled to buy this month’s issue of Oprah magazine.

You don’t have to be a first lady to have sexy toned arms. So let’s throw away the excuses because here is a perfect workout routine that you can do right at home with a sandbags which costs less than $18 dollars to make.
-Workout Routine #1-
Do each exercise back to back, rest 1 minute after the 4 exercises
Repeat this for 4 minutes rest 2 minutes and repeat again
1) Squat and Press Shoulder to shoulder 8 reps
2) Sandbag swings 8 reps
3) Pushups 8 reps
4) Sand Bad Rows 8 reps

Ok soooo I needed this blog in my life yesterday. I have gained the freshman 15 and I was a freshman years ago so that’s a problem. LOL
I would like to drop about 20 pounds and tone my arms and tummy so I will definitely be dropping by frequently
