Here is a great rubber band and dumbbell workout that you can do to not only burn fat rapidly but will also give you lean sexy legs and flat abs and with the summer around the corner who wouldn’t want that.

I have used this style of workout in my boot camps and at home while my little daughter Isis is sleeping.

Rapid Fat Loss Tip:

to lose fat faster conduct full body workouts while supersetting or utilizing non competing exercises  that don’t require the exact same muscles. This will allow your workouts to be shorter and twice as effective as long distance steady faced cardio…and yes you read that correctly

Directions: 6 reps of each exercise go back to back for 6 rounds or total sets

    This work out plan looks super easy. Can it be done without resistance bands for beginners?

    Yes Melony. You can use it without resistance bands but if you want faster results you want to load or place resistance on the muscles with weights or resistance bands.

    Basic workouts get the best results.

    You will find that most women that lose fat and gain it back are the ones that only did long duration cardio and did not apply resistance training.

    You will be surprised how many women I have met that sa I gained the weight back but I will lose it again by just adding cardio back to my routine.

    Cardio can help you lose SOME fat but resistance training changes your metabolism. It’s hard for most women to believe this but its the truth

    I live in a NYC so its lot like I used a lot of equipment that takes up a lot of space.

    I try to make the workouts easy to follow and understand for people with super busy schedules.

    I am father and business owner so I don’t gave time to workout for hours
    during the week. I get faster results with these shorter workouts and you will too.

    Nii, I did this workout again for the first time in about 6 weeks (even though I only have dumbbells, no bands…yet). I’d forgotten how demanding it is! But, as with your other workouts, I feel great afterwards. Thanks for posting all these great workouts!

    This is a great workout. It looks very easy, but its very effective. If your super busy and you can’t make it to the gym. Try it, you will love it.
