I am excited to start this blog so I can help you achieve your fitness and workout goals. You will soon be getting a lot of killer workout videos, nutrition/cooking tips, and the scientific truth in laymen’s terms of what really works for women for rapid and long lasting fat loss results. You want results and you want them now.

"Hey I'm so excited you are here!!"
One thing you must first learn and I will sound like a broken record saying this you can’t train your way out of a diet that sucks. So if you are “training super hard” but you are on the Godiva and Twinkie Diet don’t expect much of a change especially not a rapid one.

"Devil Food Cake is good. It's the "low fat kind" have a bite!"
While I have eaten my share of junk food I will not preach from a pulpit and tell you that you are going to dieters hell if you eat 1 Twinkie but I will tell you do not expect your super duper fitness training program to bail you out of crappy eating habits.
For those that know me as you soon will I LOVE food and love to cook and here is a tasty salmon recipe that you can put together in a New York minute.

Hypnotizing huh? Try for yourself.
Sesame Salmon with Wasabi Sauce
- One hefty salmon steak
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- Oil for sauteing
- Soy sauce
- 1 tsp. wasabi powder
- 1 tsp. water
- 1 Tbsp. heavy cream
- Salt to taste
- Slivered red bell pepper (for garnish)
- Slivered green onion (scallion, for garnish)
Make wasabi sauce: mix wasabi powder and water to make a paste, let stand for 10 minutes. Mix in heavy cream and season to taste with salt. Watch it in tasting, this stuff is *hot*.
Coat the fish with sesame seeds and saute in oil on both sides, in a skillet, until it flakes (i.e., is just done).
Season to taste with soy sauce. Transfer to a serving plate and top with the wasabi sauce, sprinkle with a garnish of finely slivered red bell pepper
Now quit staring at the computer screen and go try it for yourself.
You won’t regret it.

I don’t usually comment on sites but had to on this one. You have a very unique writing style. A lot of people don’t have that touch, they just drone on and on in the most boring way. But not you – thanks! I can’t wait to try out some of the recipes you have here (after a trip to the market to get the ingredients). Cooking is my favorite hobby. I don’t have time to read it all right now, I found your site when looking for something else on Yahoo, but I’ve bookmarked your home page and will visit again soon to see the latest posts. Visit my site if you’d like to read more. Thanks again!
